Life is Resonance
An integral approach to Sound Therapy for embodied presence
Ancient Practices for Contemporary Challenges
In the world of music, harmony depends on tuning - listening closely and adjusting regularly makes sure that each instrument can work well in itself and as a part of the whole.
We as humans, moving through the symphony of life, are no different. Stress, overwhelm or constant stimulation can pull us out of balance, affecting how we feel, think and relate.
Through Integral Sound Therapy, I offer a structured space to pause, recalibrate and reconnect with the body’s natural states and rhythms. My work with sound is an invitation to tune inward and to support and integrate conditions where balance, resonance and clarity can naturally arise - within ourselves, in our everyday life and with the world around us.
Stillness from the core.
Living from a quiet reference point within ourselves goes beyond any spiritual approaches, straight into our everyday being. It is the essential condition for physical wellbeing and access to our inherent ressources: Inspiration. Joy. Serenity. Sovereignty.
Bornholm, in the midst of the Baltic Sea, holds the framework for our work together, in all its beauty and power.
