_GiVE IT ROOM_

An online group space to explore voice as contact:
with what’s been stored, with what’s longing to move, with what’s true.

Hold less and allow more. In a world that is full of information, ideas, offerings and possibilities, I believe that what we most of all need, is creating space to listen and being with what we hear.

And yes, it is a paradox, to create another space, another offering in this world. But I simply long for coming together with men & women on a regular basis, even if it’s online, to practice and celebrate being in contact with ourselves. And to explore our voices as a means of expression of what has been stored inside: tension, emotions, stories, love, whatever it is.

Sighs, hums, rooooaaaars, screams, sobs, silence, melody.

Whatever moves, moves. I, myself, burst without letting it out, letting it land, letting it move. Without feeling these sensitive parts that have held so much, for so long: The throat, the heart, the brain, the hips, this whole human body that has to function in the density of a world that is based on exhaustion.

This isn’t a class, or a training, or a coaching. It’s not about becoming different, better, or something. It is mostly presence. And permission. Sound just is. Just as the stone just is. And together, we let it be.

Why together and why voice:

For as long as I can think, I had been cut off from my voice, my true expression and my inner truth. Far more than I would love to. And I slowly find my way back into being me, unapologetically. Noticing, what it meant to stay quiet, small and nice when my inner world just wanted to scream. So this space is a deep longing I carry - to come together, to support each other, to share what we’re each exploring and to come out of the isolation that this time tends to put us into. My intention is to create and hold a space regularly that allows us to develop deep trust and safety to ourselves, each other, and to our inner world, that we can naturally carry out into our daily lives as we integrate.

Our voice is one of the most direct ways back into contact with what’s real in us, because it moves before the mind can edit it. In a room, even if it’s a shared screen, held with others doing the same “work”, it becomes safe and encouraging enough to actually let go, break patterns and get access to what’s been hidden.

What I bring:

20 years of inner work and spiritual practice. But most of all, the lived experience of silencing myself, slowly learning, trusting, breaking free, allowing, and realizing the healing potential of sound, both of my own voice and that of the instruments I work with. In this space, I’m gathering, holding, inviting, inspiring, sharing from vulnerability, humility and honesty. I’m a lifelong learner myself, not here to fix, correct or teach. I’m here to be present together with you. Not more, and not less than that.

From inner stillness, we are free. To say what needs to be said. To bless. Even to be angry. To change, to love, to live. Our voice is here to let us be human, from a place of real inner connection.

This might be for you if:

  • You feel things deeply and have spent years keeping most of it inside.

  • You want to explore voice as a way of processing emotion - releasing what’s been stored, without the need to explain.

  • You carry a rich inner landscape or an inner pressure that is looking for a way out.

  • You’ve noticed yourself and your voice getting small in moments that actually mattered to you.

  • You’re tired of holding it all together and curious what happens if you don’t, for once.

  • You feel an inner urge to express yourself unapologetically.

  • You’re longing for empowering companionship and community where you are met as you are, doing the same quiet, brave work together.

  • You’re ready to find out what’s underneath the version of yourself you learned to show to the world.
